I think Hotch get shoot and Foyet takes him, leaving Morgans badge behinde. Foyet like to torture, and just to shoot Hotch will be over too soon. Then the team have find the Reaper and rescue Hotch. I don't think Hotch will die, I hope he will survive.

If Foyet shot Hotch to kill now, one thing he wouldn't get would be fear, because all Hotch had in his eyes was weariness. But, what worries me is that the outcome of the story doesn't rest on what George Foyet, or Hotch, or the team would or could do, but what CBS wants to do. But, back to in story and trying to ignore possible backstage reasons, Hotch was in an apartment, right? Which means his neighbors are close, and possibly more likely to register a gun shot as one and not something else. Which could be good or bad. Good, a neighbor could have heard and called 911. Bad, even though Foyet does get off on fear and torture, maybe he would know that he ran a risk of getting caught if he hung around, so he changed his method, shot to kill and high tailed it out of there. Possibly good, maybe he shot but not to kill and high tailed it out of there, and would be satisfied knowing that Hotch had to face him again and that now Hotch has to deal with being attacked in his own home. One thing I hope is that his obsession with Hotch is so much that he would feel that death is too good for him and he wants to slither back to the shadows and put himself to sleep at night thinking that Hotch is never going to be completely comfortable or off guard again. Which Hotch can't feel if he's dead. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

what if it is a bit more deep then that .... thinking back before Elle got shot , when Gideon got mad at Garcia for wireless internet game virus , well ...... Foyet works on compters has Morgans badge , can gain access to computer info from badge about agents, follow me, by getting such info he can study his prey and analyse them, now. as for Hotch he shoots him, possibly kills him. remeber he knows what he looks like and who he is, hidding is his only option. only pop out when needed. the Team will be in complete disaray and be up to Rossi. come on someone out there beside me a TBI (traumatic brain injury) person can come up with an off the wall assumption... Anybody ...?

Actually there is more information out there then you know about and most f it free. By just your name I can look on your county clerk of courts website get all ifo about you , to traffic tickets , even mortages, then gotto property appraisers , anther free website and find out where you live, even in some locations get a GPS map layout. now, you cannot tell me that a computer geek cannot take info off a badge and get to where he wants to go? SCARY huh, how your whole life is viewable on the web, for evryone to see. PUBLIC INFORMATION!!!!!

Since the perp had a silencer on his gun and the gunshot was loud I question if maybe Hotch didn't shoot the perp. He may have been winged reaching for his own weapon. Hotch will live. The ending upset me so very much. My son probably thought I was crazy going bonkers at the end.

"Foyet would have known their names anyway because he was first a victim and then we obviously we find out he's the killer. He knew their names because they interviewed him and he could also have found out names from police reports. The badge is pretty irrelevant if all you need is a name. I think the badge was just some form of trophy or to show the team what a bad ass he is. Do you find this valuable? |

Yeah I thought at first that since the gun was silenced, morgan might have came over to Hotche's to tell him he needs to quit or wants to quit and shot the perp from behind but with that its a little unreal and pretty stupid. I really hope Hotch is okay though, but another thing is I hope Morgan doesn't quit because he was already on edge and after Hotch getting shot I wonder how he can take it, so I would rather Hotch die than Morgan quit because I really like Morgan. But I hope they both stay on!

Well, I don't think it would come down to having to chose between Hotch dying and Morgan quitting. Because if Morgan would quit because Hotch got *shot*, wouldn't it stand to reason that he'd quit if Hotch dies? I don't think Morgan is going to quit (honestly, I'd be a little worried if they *didn't* occasionally wonder if the job is worth it -I'd worry that they were getting too cavalier about the job) but if he is thinking of it, I don't see Hotch's death being the turning point that changes his mind.

Also, the fact that the shot is heard and then he says " ends" makes me wonder....I think Hotch shot the Reaper but didn't kill him...and so it goes. They will all be back!! ( such wishful thinking!!) Do you find this valuable? |

I don't know...Maybe...And this is a BIG maybe..they decided it's time to say goodbye to our beloved Hotch...He would be saygoodbye at a good time. They had bad case, the team would already be upset, best deal now, then after they get over the case, right? I'm hoping with every inch of me I'm wrong... I love Hotch... but Maybe that could be it.

Well, obviously I don't want him to ever leave (there needs to be some high tech computer gadget and magic and big burly gangsters to make it impossible) but I think I'd be really annoyed if he left *now*. Especially if he gets killed. Because his life has been pretty much the definition of suck for the past two seasons. And, if it ends now, it'll be like he never deserved any measure of happiness for even a little bit. Or at least the message will be that once his life started down the suck train to sucky town, he could forget ever getting off -unless he took a right turn to DEATH.

Any hurt/death on Hotch's end would be downright depressing. You can't torture a guy for two and half seasons, then kill him off. That's ridiculous, and I hope the writers/producers realize that.
