DVD Version of Derailed (1X9)

I have been searching for hours for the song that plays at the end of Derailed on the DVD version, when Reid and Elle are talking. All I can find is Wrecking Ball by Gillian Welch but that must have been on the tv version, because it's not the same song. I've trying googling the lyrics and I'm coming up with nothing. If anyone knows this song, please help! The only lyrics I can make out are:

"...and I could stop the bleeding.
I hate to bring it up, but I had to let you know I'd found a way to beat it." Do you find this valuable?
