I wasn't an Elle fan at all. I dunno if it's because I started watching after Elle had already left, so I was biased but Elle just didn't do as well as Emily. And Prentice has much better chemistry with the team and the victims.

I totally disagree. I have to admit, while I liked Gideon, I truly loved the shows after he left and before Rossi. While some of the episodes were hard, the first one after his departure was an amazing show. Hotch stepped up to fill the void and they all kept it together, even being down one member. I found they came together more, not less. I think each one of the characters brings something different and they all do a great job. The actors, amazing. I cannot imagine anyone else but the ones there playing their roles.

I've watched a lot of shows and through thick and thin, if you love the show, you don't leave it because one actor leaves. If that's the case, we'd all abandon all the shows out there as there is always actor turnover on each show. I give CBS Kudos because at least they didn't try and keep the character of Gideon, they wrote him off rather than trying to get another actor to play him.
