| The BAU investigates a serial rapist who had been attacking young women at religious schools and stopped for six weeks. He has resumed his attacks, but is now targeting a different demographic of women. Elle makes a decision that could end her career with the BAU. |

| The turning point in the investigation: |
| They discover that there was a gap in the rapes and find that one of the victims had discovered she was pregnant after having been raped so she killed herself. The team was able to tie in a few more of the victims to a fertility clinic. When the team visits the Fertility Clinic they discover only 1 male employee, the Doctor works there. However, each patient filled out a questionnaire and it was submitted to "First Hand Media' and the unsub works there and knows the victims personal information from the forms. |
| Whodunit? |
| William Lee, an employee at First Hand Media. He was unable to hold a job and lived with his mother who had pancreatic cancer. After Elle had been set up to trap him, she panicked and drew her gun on him and blew her cover before they were able to tie him in with the rapes and break-ins. Upset that he got to walk, Elle met him near his home and confronted him, got upset after things he said and she shot and killed him. Elle told the police that Lee pulled a gun on her and she was cleared of all charges. |

The girl whom JJ and the local detective interviewed on campus talked about how much it bothered her that the doctor had said she sustained minor injuries. This is very realistic. Unfortunately, when a woman is raped but doesn't have severe physical injuries, her husband/significant other is more likely to have trouble adjusting to the trauma. There is some speculation that this could be because they have doubts about the "forced" nature of the contact...just like the girl said, they wonder if maybe they gave in too easily.

I wonder why in instances like this that (Okay I know it's a show) they don't have the Profiler evaluated before he or she returns to work. Obviously they may have been able to foresee where Elle was going to go with this.
