Synopsis:
The BAU works to capture a serial killer who has evaded capture by altering his appearance.

    Elle:
    "Look at this car, man. There's empty soda cans and fast food wrappers everywhere. You're a slob. You know, back at Quantico, your desk is all neat, but I bet if you looked in those drawers, you'd find a mess."
    Morgan:
    "Okay, we have been on the road way too long."

The Turning Point in the Investigation:

Garcia researches Gregory's life, and prompts Giddeon and Reid to talk to his father. They discover that Gregory's mother was cheating on his father when she died in a car crash, which caused Gregory's mind to twist the way he views women.


Whodunit?
Mark Gregory, a very successful business man, who witnessed his mother's death at the age of 10. His mother was unfaithful to his father and she would take Mark with her to motels when she had affairs. Upon further investigation, the team reveals that Mark was actually responsible for both the car crash and his mother's drowning, to punish her for her affairs.
