Allrighty folks I don't tend to follow outlines so I'm just going to basically blog about myself if that's okay. I'm out in the middle of Nowhere, Texas USA which is pretty much everywhere in Texas but I love it. Those of you who have heard stereotypes about Texans they aren't all true, however I am very proud of where I come from and I can ride horses but we have cars and trucks too. If you can't tell by my last comment I am incredible sarcastic...border line satric and excessively blunt so if I start to say anything that might get annoying just tell me to shut up and I will...most likely. I love to write - creatively that is, which is why I like RPG games based on my favorite books/TV shows - except I can't spell to save my life and I am know to, on occation, use the wrong word in a sentence if the words have similar spelling, which is why I carry around a dictionary and a thesaurus everywhere I go and when I use a word somebody doesn't understand I usually chunk my dictionary at them and say "Look it up." I have the same problem in reading, it could be a very common word but if my brain doesn't process how it sounds then I have no clue what the word is. It took me forever to realize how to say "bona fide" when I saw it written down and when I looked it up I felt so stupid. *Shrug* Books: I like everything that is not common place. I really can't stand novels about teenage drama life...Been there! Done that! Really don't care to read about it because when I read I get lost in that world and what's the point in reading a book that is just like your own life? Harry Potter series, LOTR, Stephen King: Carrie & Salem's Lot (Christine was horrid - really - it took more than have the book to kill the first guy!) Janet Evanovich: Stephanie Plum Novels, Ameila Attwater-Rhodes: Hawksong, Demon in My View, & Shattered Mirrors and the Crystal Cave series by Mary Stewart are some of my favorite books... TV: TV tends to match my books however I allow a little more 'reality' in them but I cannot deal with Teenage sops...just like books. I like Animaniacs, Supernatural, Simpsons, Family Guy, WLIIA, Boston Legal, Titus, Criminal Minds (of course), TMNT, Captain Planet, Pokemon, Transformers, Might Morphin' Power Rangers, and CSI/CSI:NY depending on the episode. Yes, I'm a 90's kid! Oh that reminds me of another personality trait but we'll embark on that ship when we get there... Movies: Back to the Future, Anything Mel Brooks, Monty Python (All), Johnny Dangerously, The Mummy, Disney before 2000/Cartoons before & after, and ANYTHING Disney Pixar because they rock!!! Music: And the ship has hit the fan! My taste of music is very very broad, it includes everything except rap. (Sorry if you take offense) However due to my dad's bountiful CD collection my taste is stuck around the 70s & 80s. I absolutly heart Elton John and his American duo Billy Joel (which that one ep. of Criminal Minds where they play "Only the Good Die Young" over and over made me cry cuz I love that song. However I had Jackson Browne's "Doctor My Eyes" stuck in my head for like a week after the one ep. that ended w/it.) As a southerner I love Lynyrd Sknyryd and Chris Rock's "All Summer Long" really does break my heart because he tried to change it so it didn't sound too much like "Sweet Home Alabama" that it indeed up sounding like "Werewolves of London"...I also love theme songs like Pokemon, Captian Planet, and Animaniacs... I think this is enough information all at once so I'm gonna stop now before I scare you all away... "C'mon down and place your welcome..."
